Day 38 - 39: Khartoum


 

The Boyz traded their bikes for something stylish with four wheels.

Les, the real coffee connoisseur.

Mark, enjoying the coffee.

well< i am sure this was a good break from the hot leathers and saddle sore backsides! Were Les and Rob fighting over the book to take home and read again?Good to see the wild adventurers were getting some cultural input!!!!Enjoy this last week!!!

Les & Mark (and the rest of the team of course)...we've been enjoying your trip since Port Alfred and before, especially as I've just been reading Ted Simon's "Dreaming of Jupiter" (where he tracks your route in reverse), . .more

This looks like an interesting place - love the markets - amazed that the local taxi's aren't aware of the great ditches in the roads!!! Your time is getting short now and I wonder how you are all feeling - relief (?) or sadness that this amazing . .more
