Day 14: Morogoro - Dar Es Salaam
We all decided to have an early start to the day, so that we could beat the traffic into Dar Es Salaam, some of the team members did have ulterior motives seeing that the girls were already in Dar Es Salaam waiting. The drive was fairly uneventful, seeing that we spent most of it in the dark. The traffic just outside the city, started to build up and after a little bit of aggressive driving and hooting we arrived at the Southern Sun Hotel. We left so early, that we arrived before the girls were awake, so it was quite a quiet reception and half way through unpacking the bikes the girls arrived to come say hello. The team treated themselves to a hot shower, some decided to take a nap, while others decided to hit the gym. Once everyone was human again it was off to the airport to catch our flight to Mafia Island, which is an island the size of Mauritius, just 30 minutes flight from Dar Es Salaam. We were warmly received at the Kunasi Hotel and after everyone had settled into their rooms, we all assembled in the Bar area, eager to begin our relaxing.
